Entry Reglations
1. Anyone age 50+ by December 31, 2027.
2. Age divisions for all team competition will be determined by the age of the youngest team member as of December 31, 2027.
3. Age divisions will be 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+
3. Team rosters shall be limited to 10 persons, including-non-playing coaches, non-playing captains and non-playing bench personnel.
5. All registration and team rules apply to non-playing coaches, non-playing captains and non-playing bench personnel.
6. Teams must be of all one gender.
ASO MEDALS
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place for each style within each age division.
*The 2027 Alabama Senior Olympics is NOT a qualifier for the 2027 National Senior Games. All qualifiers were held in 2026.
DOUBLE MEDALING
The Alabama Senior Olympics (ASO) is an open state and welcomes out-of-state participants. Out-of-state athletes are eligible to medal and do not take away medals from an Alabama resident.
If an out-of-state participant places in the top three of their division, they will receive the medal earned. The ASO will then award medals to the top three Alabama athletes.
