*2023 Events*

The 2023 Alabama Senior Olympics are NOT qualifier for the 2023 National Senior Games to be held in Pittsburgh. You must qualify have qualified at a state level game in 2022. Also, the 2022 National Senior Games in Ft Lauderdale are NOT a qualifier for Pittsburgh.

The Alabama Senior Olympics is for men & women age 50 and over as of December 31, & includes 20 different events to choose from!

In the past, the Alabama Senior Olympics have been held every other year (qualifying years). We are listening to our athletes and are working on having our games every year. In doing so, we will have to transition into this and ask for your patience through this process.

This will have to be done in phases. Half the events this year and the other half will be added next year to assure consistency across our sports. Please bear with us as we make this transition. We know everyone would like to have their sport this coming Spring, but it is not possible for the administration.

Age brackets for doubles/team events are determined by the youngest player.
