Our Mission & Legacy

Founded in 1987, the Alabama Senior Olympics exists to provide meaningful athletic, recreational, and social opportunities for adults aged 50 and over. We embrace the spirit of competition, celebrate the capabilities of older adults, and support lifelong participation in sports and wellness.
